I started joining fitness when I was in college way back in 2008. Since then I fell in love with it. Winning a title in 10k marathon in my Junior year. 2014 the year I entered UAE and the first time I attend a Group Exercise Class. I started attending many classes in different programs. My coach encouraged me to take the initial course for GXI group exercise instructor. Third quarter of 2015 I got my GEL certificate Group Exercise Leader. Then I take my Les mills Body Pump course and Les mills RPM. I also started studying my free style classes such as (HIIT) High Intensity Interval Training, Meta-fit Body Weight Training Program, (TABATA) high intense cardio training and core exercise. Early January of 2017 just finish my Les mills Body Combat training. These are the programs I teach and I will continue to learn and learn more and to uplift my career as fitness professional.
